After some initial questions the team was able to clear up all requests and helped me extensively with the implementation of my bundle. Customer service is a 10/10 & my bundle is now successfully working on my website.

Hi, the issue where you reached the maximum bundle size can be easily bypassed simply by creating a legacy bundle in the app :) To do that simply click the "Create bundle" button and click the "Show legacy bundles" button at the bottom of the page.
This will allow you to bypass this technical limitation and you will be able to add as many products to the bundle as you want :)
