The At Last portal has been very well received, providing a highly user-friendly and well-designed solution that has significantly streamlined the returns process. Since implementation, it has enabled the centralisation of returns management, improved visibility of returned orders, and reduced the manual administrative workload for the customer service team.

The platform is intuitive for administrators, warehouse operators, and customers, resulting in a smoother and more efficient returns experience overall. Through webhooks, we have also fully integrated At Last with our 3PL provider’s warehouse management system and our own ERP system. This integration has significantly improved processing times within the warehouse, reduced the number of fraudulent claims, and ensured a higher level of accuracy in inventory holding. The improved traceability of all transactions has also reduced the finance team’s effort in reconciling returns as a whole. The dashboard is one of our most valuable tools for analysing returns and supporting both business and operational strategy development.

In addition, the support provided by the At Last team has been excellent, demonstrating a responsive and proactive approach to feedback, a willingness to tailor the system to specific requirements, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
