orders on shopify are being processed but click and drop only list the order as dispached and will not fullfill then. Very frustrating.

The setting “Mark orders as despatched on channel” is already enabled on your account, allowing Click & Drop to update fulfilment statuses in Shopify. When an order is marked as “dispatched” in Click & Drop, it is updated to “fulfilled” in Shopify.
We’ve identified that your Shopify integration was disconnected, which would prevent orders from importing and being processed.
Please ensure the integration is active to ensure orders continue to flow as expected.
