This app is one of the best I have seen on shopify. The service is so nice, it helped me with customization and didn't give up when problems seemed unsolvable. The AI integration helps customers to get answers for their questions. On the one side you can have the chat icon in the corner where AI answeres you many questions but you can also have it on your product pages where it gives additional information for each product.
