I'm the founder. I read your review the day it came in, and the part that stuck with me was the hours you spent in our support chat without getting anywhere. However complicated a setup is, that should never happen, and that one's fully on us. I'm sorry 😔

It wasn't just words, by the way. Because of your feedback there's now a dedicated "Delivery profiles" tab in the app, so the exact thing our chat overcomplicated is a couple of clicks now, and I'm reworking the other confusing corners one by one.

I also emailed you personally a while back but I suspect it never reached you, maybe it went to spam. If you're still around, write to me directly and I'll do your whole setup with you myself, however long it takes. After three hours in a chat, it's honestly the least I can do 🙂

Either way, thanks for the honest write-up. It genuinely changed how the app works.
