We have been using Tapstitch for their product range, which is genuinely strong, but recent fulfilment changes have caused serious issues for our business.

We specifically requested USA fulfilment, yet our orders are now being routed through China. As a result, delivery times have blown out from an average of around 7 days to 17+ days, with some orders likely taking close to a month to arrive.

Support was able to provide information about what had changed, but unfortunately they were not helpful in actually resolving the issue or offering a practical fix.

We now have six very unhappy customers and expecting more to come and we would not have even known about the fulfilment change if they had not contacted us asking why their orders were taking so long.

At this point, we are now looking for a new POD supplier in the USA and will most likely remove Tapstitch products from our site.

Great product range, but sellers should be very careful if delivery times and fulfilment location matter to their business as regardless of whether you choose USA Fulfilment they will still route your orders through China taking + 30 days for orders to be delivered

After reviewing your concerns, we'd like to clarify that not all products in our catalog are currently eligible for USA fulfillment. For products where USA fulfillment is unavailable, orders will be fulfilled using the alternative fulfillment route selected for that item. This is how we ensure that orders can still be produced and delivered rather than being blocked entirely.

We understand that fulfillment location and delivery speed are critical factors for many sellers, and we recognize that the current coverage of our USA fulfillment catalog may not meet every business's needs. Expanding our USA fulfillment capabilities remains a priority for us, and we continue to add more eligible products over time.

We're sorry that our current offering wasn't the right fit for your requirements. If in the future our USA fulfillment coverage expands to better support the products you need, we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work with you again.
