Inconsistent and infuriating.
One day orders will sync nicely, on another day there'll be no sync and/or the whole thing is disconnected. It's not as if I'm processing a zillion orders at a time, either.
Typical $BIGCORP attitude from Royal Mail; never our fault - guys, if you're introducing breaking changes to your API this often then YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG, and liasing with the app developer works wonders.
