Not importing Shopify Orders as of today. Always glitching and often fails to generate postal label. When Ive emailed for support it's taken over 4 weeks previously.

From our checks, your Shopify account appears to be connected correctly. Once orders are received from Shopify, they should automatically flow through into Click & Drop.
