I installed this app specifically to stop repeated fraudulent orders from the same person, who keeps using a VPN/proxy to get around blocks. I added their exact full name and their shipping address to the blocklist, expecting checkout to be stopped that is the entire point of the app.
It didn't work. Today another order came through from the exact same blocked name and the exact same blocked address. So the core feature — blocking a checkout based on the rules I set — is clearly not reliable.
If the blocklist can't even catch an identical full name and address that I manually entered, I don't see what I'm paying for. I'd think twice before relying on this for any real fraud prevention.
