On Sunday I received awesome support from Emily. Who gives customer support on a Sunday night, and on a Holiday? No company that I know. That first impression was unbelievable. Now, Emily went into my files and quickly understood the support I needed. And she took care of the issue within 5 minutes. Wow. I'm blown away. Friendly, understanding, and sharp. I'll be a customer for their Apps, because customer support is the main thing I look for in a company. And THEY ROCK!!!
