I wanted to update my review now that my issue has been resolved. I received a reply from Shane at Oiizes Support, and I’m truly grateful for the clear explanation and the help provided. My store has now been accepted for connection with Synclogic, and I’m currently just waiting for my new supplier to approve the final connection.
Although I do wish the supplier approval process moved a bit faster, I’m genuinely thankful for the support I received and the progress made. Because of this, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. Thank you for taking the time to help me get everything back on track.
