After some time now we must update our review. This app really was a quality of life change for us. everything seems to run smooth as of now. the integration in shopify is so much better than the app we have used before. The customer support is fast and friendly. best of all, not every issue we had while setting up the app was answered with "give us access to your store". They really sovled all our problems by explaining and troubleshooting via chat.

Setting up the app took us some time and some trial and error but coming from another app this was totally expected. all in all great app and worth every penny. Thank you.
