Professional, kind, patient and ever-so helpful! I really appreciate that this team [also] has a free plan with good features, for growing businesses, like mine. Niraj, Lokesh and Nitin have all been GREAT and patient in helping me to understand and make sense of how their app works for my business needs. Some similar apps can be overwhelming but this app keeps it simple. I feel comfortable using it and if I happen to need any assistance, help is available rather quickly, via chat.

Honestly, I would suggest Bird Pickup Delivery Date to anyone! I've explored similar apps, but this teams customer service skills outweigh any other "competition" in my opinion. This team understands what providing GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE means, so I'm sticking with them!

This is the *only* pickup app on the entire app store that allows me to add local pickup to my website without also adding a "choose your shipping date" option. I don't want customers to choose a shipping date, that makes little sense for most ecommerce businesses. Yet every other app makes you do that if you need the pickup option as well.

The app deserves 5 stars for that alone, and I've used it for about a year now with no issues. I needed the help of support today on an unrelated issue, and they solved 2 days of stress in literal seconds.

I really can't say enough great things about this app. They are very quick to reply to support issues and always willing to help and see the issue through to the solution. Their subscription system is tiered so you start out with a free tier that gives you 70% functionality (and 95% of the essential functions) and as you make more sales, they charge you more, which is really really nice and very refreshing (normally you are charged $60+/month with no other options). Their interface is easy to understand and navigate and there are a ton of options that allow you to work-around anything you would run into. Thanks again for providing such a great app!

There were a lot of other apps I was looking at using and Bird was not only the best option, but most helpful. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. Swaraj was very attentive and helpful when helping resolve any issues regarding Bird as well as catering to me and my customers needs. I plan on using this long-term for my business. Thank you Bird!

the customer service is explicit. i've experienced some problems with a bug (with shopify itself!) and the team has been extremely helpful. Immediately reacts and goes out of their way to help out and find solutions. Right now everything works perfectly and I'm so happy that I got this app! the only thing I would like Shopify to do, is fix the bug so pickups can be enabled on both the app and shopify. Besides that it's amazing. And again, the app itself has nothing to do with this. Works perfect with Google calendar, mails, orders for pick-up or delivery... love it!

The app works really well. But the absolutely amazing thing is the customer service. The team is super responsive and supportive. They helped me with an urgent issue that ended up not even being due to their app - it was a shopify payments issue. Thanks Lokesh!
