Customer service! is the best they have, they go with you all the way until any issue is fixed they are very patient and wait for you, no time limit. they go above and beyond to help you. It's been a couple of months in so far but I love the app and especially the customer support whom I've contacted twice already. I'm still in the early stage and therefore on a free tier, but will upgrade without hesitations once sales pick up.
This is the app that addresses several functions that I absolutely need for our small bakery. It is super easy to configure-just follow the detailed instructions. When I hit a couple of snags (because I failed to follow the provided instructions), I opened the live chat, explained my issue and within a couple of minutes, support corrected my errors and helped configure the settings.
