I worked with Mahima from BridChime (the creator of this app) on finessing the visuals of the date picker feature on our site and he was COMPLETELY responsive— a real HUMAN BEING behind customer service for this app!!! Thank you Mahima for your steadfast, and super quick work. We are now up and running and super excited to be using the app on our 2.0 site. Amazing customer service and this app has worked perfectly for us. It made choosing how something can ship very simple for our customers. Everytime I needed help the team was available instantly for a live chat and would even knock out the connections I could not figure out myself.

It didn't work for what I needed, I wanted a delivery calendar service that would allow me to visually see clearly all the deliveries and pickups I had that day for my floral business.

I used it a few days, a bit over a week and I uninstalled it to not get charged and after a month I received a $10 charge to my card from them... truly frustrating and annoying especially after I didn't find it useful at all...
