Wati: AI Chat & Abandoned Cart

You cant do campaign message in Growth plan and customer service keep saying that it is due to the change in policy. After a yearly subscription i have come back to the monthly and have to find the alternate if there is no support or call form WATI team as usual.
I am simply looking for refund instead of more suffer.
