Very responsive and helpful team. Tracy was very helpful in helping me block bot sessions from Ashburn, USA.
The only reason I have given a 4 star is because, while the region may be blocked, Shopify still somewhat records the session, invariably skewing your data. However, this point to a larger shopify issue, rather than the Blockify app.
