I have been struggling for 3 months trying to figure out why Ashburn Virginia bots continued to hammer my website. I had them location blocked and still they continued to get in. I have been exporting Ashburn ip addresses and manually blocking them (like 6k ip's) and that would slow them down for a week or so but they would just get new ip's so never stopped them. I tried chatting with support several times but it was never put together why this was happening - other than I had the United States whitelisted (which overrides all blocks lists) and every time i turned that whitelisting off all of my US customers got blocked! Well today I got Florence in the help chat. She dug deep into my issue and figured out that I had blocked all Non-EU countries. That would include the US of course! With Florence's help I was able to get the settings I had wrong fixed and now my US whitelist can be turned off and will no longer override my location block of Ashburn Virginia! Thank you Florence!

Excellent. I had not understood the importance of blocking bad traffic. My conversion rate was 0.18% but when I manually removed all the undesired traffic, the conversion rate was 2%. This was stopping Google from optimising correctly as I had a high bounce rate etc.... Florence helped me set up my filters in minutes. Super helpful. Thank you.

I was having some problems with bots and suspected fraud behavior, I downloaded Blockify: Fraud Filter/Blocker and am using the free plan as a trial run.

Thanks to Blockify for helping to protect stores where Shopify frankly fails. We were getting millions of site visitor's a day, who sadly weren't real customers! I've been using this app for a month now and have been very happy with it. Communication and assistance from the vendor has been top-notch and the product works as described.
