Great experience with this app. I have been getting attacked by 1000s of bot orders and this app has the tools to end it or at least slow it down drastically. Customer service was super helpful as well. Shout out to Tracy!

Update (same day). I realised I wasn’t getting sales and checked the website and you can’t click anything. Have had to turn app embed off in theme settings as app in Shopify is broken. It’s caused me lost sales. Updated review to 1*
I have been using this app for a while now and although it has been okay some changes lately and app issues have crept in to compel me to rate lower now.
Recently the devs changes the visitor view and removed the ISP from the main area. Now you have to click through to each IP hit. This is a bad oversight. Today the app doesn’t even work on the Shopify app. No way to even contact them. This has happened before.

In addition, thank you for the feedback on the visitor view changes. We made that adjustment to try and declutter the main dashboard for a majority of users, but we understand from your feedback that removing the ISP from the main view has negatively impacted your workflow. We are taking this feedback to heart and will be re-evaluating the design in our next development cycle.

Thanks to Blockify for helping to protect stores where Shopify frankly fails. We were getting millions of site visitor's a day, who sadly weren't real customers! The app and support of the team has stopped this and we are now trying a feature to reduce the bot checkouts with the of the Blockify team. They are always very responsive, thank you.
Fantastic service and support!! I felt supported by my agent Tracy when needing to fix a big problem. Even when I was away from the chat for some time, I got an updated email, advising my changes were completed. Works great blocking content for bots on your website by overlaying a template that the website is blocked. What people should realize though is that sessions are still recorded in your analytics so you still need to filter those out manually. Not something Blockify can do anything about. That is Shopify policy.

The app is extremely intuitive, but if you're like me and need a little help getting started, their support team is beyond helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Samuel this morning and not only did they answer all of my questions, they sent me screenshots on how to do exactly what I was asking.
