Fantastic service and support!! I felt supported by my agent Tracy when needing to fix a big problem. Even when I was away from the chat for some time, I got an updated email, advising my changes were completed. I have used blockify for several years now and it works great. Customer service is excellent. Vincent really help us out very quickly and provided some good pointers to get us a better setup.

Update (same day). I realised I wasn’t getting sales and checked the website and you can’t click anything. Have had to turn app embed off in theme settings as app in Shopify is broken. It’s caused me lost sales. Updated review to 1*

I have been using this app for a while now and although it has been okay some changes lately and app issues have crept in to compel me to rate lower now.
Recently the devs changes the visitor view and removed the ISP from the main area. Now you have to click through to each IP hit. This is a bad oversight. Today the app doesn’t even work on the Shopify app. No way to even contact them. This has happened before.

The bug you described is our absolute highest priority. An issue that interferes with your storefront's functionality is something we take incredibly seriously, and our development team is investigating this with the utmost urgency.

In addition, thank you for the feedback on the visitor view changes. We made that adjustment to try and declutter the main dashboard for a majority of users, but we understand from your feedback that removing the ISP from the main view has negatively impacted your workflow. We are taking this feedback to heart and will be re-evaluating the design in our next development cycle.

The app is extremely intuitive, but if you're like me and need a little help getting started, their support team is beyond helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Samuel this morning and not only did they answer all of my questions, they sent me screenshots on how to do exactly what I was asking. They also showed me other helpful ways to secure our checkout after sharing our use case. 10/10 experience, thank you Samuel and Blockify Fraud Filter!!

Works great blocking content for bots on your website by overlaying a template that the website is blocked. What people should realize though is that sessions are still recorded in your analytics so you still need to filter those out manually. Not something Blockify can do anything about. That is Shopify policy.

The online chat support is very slow and unable to adequately address questions or concerns. The app itself isn’t very intuitive or clear to use. My goal was simply to exclude certain countries from accessing my website, as I noticed a sudden surge in traffic and suspected bot activity. I blocked all the countries I could identify, but unfortunately, the app failed to do what it was supposed to. I have uninstalled it and will search for a more effective solutions.
