I've been on the free plan for a while. It has blocked countries and ip addresses as needed. This week my site got hit by a new round of bots. Anna walked me through what was needed and helped set me up with new enhanced features. Just while we were on the chat, I noticed 6 blocks. Hooray for mitigating worthless traffic!

Used the free version for a while just to block suspect high volume traffic from various countries which are notorious for hacking, worked very well but need to add more countries than the free plan allowed, opted for the full year to save 20%. Impressed so far.
Recently, I had been experiencing increased bot traffic from two countries and Tracy from Blockify Fraud Filter, jumped right in and immediately, set the rules and blocked those countries and denied access to them. It was so fast and smooth. I really highly recommend their customer service and app. They did an excellent job.

We’ve only been using Blockify for a few weeks, but so far the experience has been very positive. While dealing with a classic card‑testing attack, we were able to reduce fake customers and checkouts from thousands per day down to a dozen or fewer.
Support has been excellent and very responsive. The analytics can be a bit inconsistent compared to other analytics providers, but our primary focus is on blocking bad actors on our site—and in that area, Blockify has delivered exactly what we needed.

I have been struggling for 3 months trying to figure out why Ashburn Virginia bots continued to hammer my website. I had them location blocked and still they continued to get in. I have been exporting Ashburn ip addresses and manually blocking them (like 6k ip's) and that would slow them down for a week or so but they would just get new ip's so never stopped them. I tried chatting with support several times but it was never put together why this was happening - other than I had the United States whitelisted (which overrides all blocks lists) and every time i turned that whitelisting off all of my US customers got blocked! Well today I got Florence in the help chat. She dug deep into my issue and figured out that I had blocked all Non-EU countries. That would include the US of course! With Florence's help I was able to get the settings I had wrong fixed and now my US whitelist can be turned off and will no longer override my location block of Ashburn Virginia! Thank you Florence!

Excellent. I had not understood the importance of blocking bad traffic. My conversion rate was 0.18% but when I manually removed all the undesired traffic, the conversion rate was 2%. This was stopping Google from optimising correctly as I had a high bounce rate etc.... Florence helped me set up my filters in minutes. Super helpful. Thank you.
