Wonderful app. Very easy to install and use and support is great. We were getting tons of bot traffic from China and Ashburn,VA and they were able to block it immediately. A must have app.

So far so good - over our first week with blockify we've gone from 10-20 fraudulent orders every week to zero. Vivian and Louis have been super helpful in the setup and questions I've had.

Really cut down on fraudulent orders, and fraudulent email registrations. Staff were able to resolve issues in a few minutes that shopify staff couldn't solve after 5+ session. Thanks Louis and Margaret for the fast and useful support!

The free version and standard version are crap. Go straight for Enterprise and prepare to be amazed. So many levels of protection, in addition to way better and faster customer service. I started with free and quickly realized it offered none of the features I needed. I started the trial for standard and it was honestly crap. Response time was super slow and all the features I needed to fix my bot problem were greyed out. I changed to Enterprise and was finally able to have all the solutions that I needed to fix my bot issues. My site and checkout is now secure. Analytics are amazing. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Really great support. I thought the country filter wasn't working as expected, as I still had some Shopify sessions from that country, HOWEVER, despite shopify logging those sessions, all traffic from that country was unable to view anything on my website. That's what we want.

We’re really glad our support team could clarify how the country filter works. Shopify may still log sessions at the server level, but as long as visitors from the blocked country can’t actually access or view your website content, the protection is doing exactly what it’s meant to do.

Used the free version for a while just to block suspect high volume traffic from various countries which are notorious for hacking, worked very well but need to add more countries than the free plan allowed, opted for the full year to save 20%. Impressed so far.

I had a persistent issue with a customer trying to bypass our store blocks by using aliases and different names. Blockify has been a lifesaver in securing our shop! Recently, I had been experiencing increased bot traffic from two countries and Tracy from Blockify Fraud Filter, jumped right in and immediately, set the rules and blocked those countries and denied access to them. It was so fast and smooth. I really highly recommend their customer service and app. They did an excellent job.

Has worked great so far. I do wish that we could block certain segments of ISPs by ASN rather than just ISP or IP. Note that traffic still shows in the Shopify live view even when it might be blocked.
