The online chat support is very slow and unable to adequately address questions or concerns. The app itself isn’t very intuitive or clear to use. My goal was simply to exclude certain countries from accessing my website, as I noticed a sudden surge in traffic and suspected bot activity. I blocked all the countries I could identify, but unfortunately, the app failed to do what it was supposed to. I have uninstalled it and will search for a more effective solutions.

Tina was so helpful with an extremely frustrating situation with fraudulent abandoned checkouts. She was the only one who was able to walk me through to make some changes that will hopefully stop the charges

Great, fast service. App does what it says, and is easy to operate, support CSR's are happy to help if setup is confusing.
As an aside, this app will not prevent the visitors from showing up in your shopify admin analytics, but, it does prevent them from accessing the site - so, it will block their visits with a loading page, or unavailable page. That is good enough for me, and the app works great thus far!

I really wanted to add the BLOCKIFY App to my Shopify store, after having for almost 2 months thousands of bots from China trying to invade my store.
I felt that the App was confusing and difficult to understand.
So Florence from support chatted with me for very long time, sending me screenshots and staying with me until I would understand. She was so knowledgeable about

I had a problem with bots coming in from Venezuela and constantly adding products to the checkout in huge volumes, obviously ruining the algorithm. At first, I simply blocked the country, since I don’t sell there. But then the bots cleverly started using a VPN in the U.S. and continued doing the same thing.
With this app, and thanks to the amazing and very fast support team, I was able to stop the bot traffic by literally banning anyone using a VPN, anyone showing suspicious behavior, or anyone using any proxy/VPN strategy to do their “dirty work”.
I’m really satisfied with the app. If you’re also looking for a way to protect your store and keep your algorithm clean, you only need this app instead of installing 10 different ones.
