Dimensions for our product range varies widely, so dimensional shipping charges are a significant factor in our operations. Intuitive Shipping has helped us change from using markup and weight adjustment hacks to approximate our shipping charges, to proper dimensional shipping charges.
Also, the fact that Intuitive Shipping can now sync dimensional data from Shopify metafields makes product data maintenance much easier. Product data can be maintained independently in one place, and your shipping configuration in Intuitive Shipping.
Configuration can be complex, but that necessarily comes with the flexibility that the app provides.
