The app is reasonably priced and the support team is responsive, which are definite positives. However, it still feels quite limited when it comes to flow customization. Features like tags are missing, and the variant filters don’t work as expected, making it cumbersome to target specific products if you have many variants. It has potential, but in its current state it still lags behind some of the more established competitors.
