Dibs – Preorders & Backorders

Great app which helps me manage and accept backorders so that I reduce lost revenue when I am out of stock. I really like that the buy now option can be replaced with a customised label so it ensures the customer is very clear that this is a preorder.
Also the support from Akshya was fantastic, she helped fine tune the settings for me and checked everything was set up correctly. The live chat and zoom call support for this product is superb.
