needs better customer service , payment fails alot when checkout. settings are fine or even when i use 3 different cards.

Sorry about this. Checkout payment failures are on us to fix - please send your store name and the date/time of a failed attempt to [support email] and we'll pull the transaction logs; if it's a 3D Secure issue with your card we can enable an alternative method on your account. On support: we've added weekday coverage in US hours. We'd like to make this right.
