ID.me Community Verification

I downloaded this app ID.me Community Verification. I contacted Shopify yesterday, the support agent can see it without any issue. However, I still cant access it. When I checked with me Dev team, they said the error was "Refused to display 'https://discountify.id.me/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'."They said when an website sets X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN, it is blocking other websites from embedding it inside an .
In short: ID.me’s servers actively blocked our Shopify store from displaying their page in a frame for security reasons (to prevent clickjacking). Browsers strictly enforce this rule, which is why the page refused to load.
I tried VPN, incognito tab, and another browser, but still didnt work.
