They will deny most, if not all of your claims even with a signed proof of delivery, call it a "commercial dispute" despite the item being signed at the delivery address, and charge you for it. In the event you corner them with evidence and finally get them to approve a claim, they will say you have overdue invoices, depsite being on auto-pay, use the balance on the approved claim to "balance" the overdue invoices.
