GLC Gelocation app is listed on the Shopify App Store as "Free", but that is misleading. Once you install it, the app detects your Shopify plan level and immediately locks functionality behind a paywall. The app is very expensive and the UI is poor.
If there are paid tiers based on a store's plan, they must be transparently listed as 'free plan available'.

We’d like to clarify that GLC does offer a free plan with certain limitations. However, we understand that the way our pricing and plan structure were presented may have caused confusion or given the impression that the app was entirely free. We’re sorry for that.
Your feedback regarding pricing transparency and the user interface is extremely valuable to us. We’re continuously working to improve both the app experience and how clearly we communicate our pricing and plan limitations.
