Great App + Best support
Yes it takes some work in the initial set-up but it's been absolutely worth it for my store. Also, the Aris Support Team are excellent: never had to wait long for answers, help, advice... they've even looked into an issue I thought was coming from their App, they found it wasn't theirs but made suggestions on how to resolve it anyway.
