I migrated my digital preset business to Shopify after nine years on WooCommerce, and PuppetVendors handles revenue splits for my 20+ collaborators. That's the part I was most nervous about getting wrong.
The app does what it says. But the reason I'm writing this is the support.
Every time I asked for something in the chat, they got on it immediately. When they weren't online, I'd come back the next morning and it would already be done. And every single issue they told me they'd fix, they fixed. No chasing, no following up three times, no being handed between people.
That's rare, and during a migration where a hundred things are moving at once, it's worth a lot.
Commission calculations have been accurate, the payout export gives me exactly what I need to pay people each week, and setup was straightforward.
Highly recommend.
