Unresolved production errors and no follow-up

UploadKit’s legacy loader conflicts with its own Theme App Extension, causing reproducible JavaScript errors across our product pages. Support acknowledged and escalated the issue, but then stopped responding despite repeated follow-ups. I’ll update this review if they provide a proper fix.
