File Uploads by UploadKit

I have been an UploadKit user for close to 3 years now. This was a great app for a while, support was top notch, and I had never considered an alternative, but as other reviewers have noted, they are now completely asleep at the wheel when it comes support. This has cost us time, sales, and unnecessary aggravation. Initially when we had an issue - which is extremely common with this app - they were addressed pretty quickly but I am now having to wait days and even weeks for even so much as a response. Toby the "lead developer" is never available and my shop has experienced a litany off issues that remain unresolved. Every product my shop sells is customizable and file uploads are a pretty critical part of that. I have to send daily emails and almost always open have to open multiple support tickets to even get an acknowledgement that someone is seeing my requests. In most cases, my messages are just simply ignored. The interface is slick, but if you are looking for a solution to help you manage file uploads, do not end up in a situation where you are dependent on UploadKit.

I use uploadkit for around a year now, some time ago the support was great because you could easily connect with Toby and guys who understand how to fix things. Now I get redirected to Alice, no replies for 3 whole days and nothing fixed even if you explain it 10 times. The functions of the app are good, I give you this, but the support got really bad.

facing issue, while using the app, and waiting for support team from last 3 days, and no one replied on the email.

I'm a photo printer and this app works very well for my clients to see the crops of their images before uploading them. I've had to contact the help desk a couple of times and they have always been very fast in reaching back to me with our different time zones and very helpful.

They provide great features to add to my website! Uploading and cropping photos is a must for taking custom magnet orders. When I had a question about a feature, they replied quickly and made sure my website what prepared to work exactly as I needed it to. Highly recommend!

This app works very well for my purpose. I have little to no experience with building a website and I was able to navigate the app with ease. Support is prompt and reliable. When I needed a solution that was not already available, Toby was able to create it for me. I highly recommend!
