Mary helped resolve my issue, right away. She knew what to do, was polite throughout her assistance, and replied very quickly. Not something you find too common with other apps customer services. I highly recommend UploadKit, not only is it reliable, but the designs are quite contemporary, making it the perfect apps for users looking for this feature.

I run an online printing lab. Uploadkit is an efficient app to allow clients to upload large size files with more flexibility and even better pricing compared to the one I used. During the switch I had some file size and bilingual issues, and Toby helped me to solve all the issues. Overall great app with fantastic support. I'm happy that I made the switch.

An absolute godsend for personalised items that require photo uploads. I was using a different app that was so complicated and no where near as advanced as this. So so easy to use, am really glad i found this app and such a good price too (i'm only 2 days in and still in free trial, but will most definitely be keeping this app). this app is the best one for uploading photos/other files you will find on the Shopify app store. we have greatly customized uploading options and the uploading button also greatly aligns to the product page design of our website. Firstly Uploadkit has the most affordable basic plan. The simple upload button matches my theme and the loading time is reasonable. I had some problem after downloading but the support team jump in within 24 hours to help me out solve the issue instantly. Toby even assist to resolve some of my theme script and ensure my website is running smoothly. Do give this app a try. Highly recommended!!!

I have updated this review a couple of times already. I have some issues with features I miss and would like to see in a future upgrade. Most importantly, as one test customer pointed out, the uploaded image is not shown as the main image in the cart when checking out. Instead the general product image is shown. Same issue when moving on to payment. This may create uncertainty for the customer: Did he actually manage to upload his image correctly? But based on my positive experience with the UploadKit customer service - and after having many ideas accepted and implemented - I must say, that they are extremely competent and helpful. And actually that is more important than a few missing features. So I revert to my original judgment - 5 stars. Currently there is no better upload app available.

Our business and website is 100% about offering our customers the ability to customize their products. We've gone through several ways to receive customer's artwork and files and have always had challenges.

We have use various apps and tools to try and receive customer files via our Shopify store. Our implementation was working but I always felt it could be better. Thankfully, I keep looking for a better file upload app and ran across UploadKit.

The app installation was very straightforward no glitches, no code for me to write or insert, it just installed easy. The app controls are also very intuitive and easy to modify. I'd say that the app as designed would serve the need of 99% of store owners without any additional configuration required.

We happen to be that 1% that has very specific rules, requirements and design guidelines that required us to need the app to behave slightly different. We use a lot of apps, some developers are terrible responders, some are average, some are great. Toby and the team at Upload Kit truly deserve another classification: EPIC!
Every question, request, curveball that we threw at them was met with a kind, thoughtful, quick response & solution. Every need fulfilled. The bar has been raised for other app developers.

As for the UploadKit app functionality, we are only scratching the surface but my initial impression is that it is very intuitive and has that perfect balance of features artfully designed so that the user experience is simple, obvious.

If you need to receive files from your customers, look no further than UploadKit. It is the best option without question.

Update : Helpdesk got in touch after this review and worked on it. Review updated. Support is never around and doesn't seem to be of assistance when needed. Have an issue with their JS script and have sent a few emails but no update on when the issue is to be resolved.

This app works very well. The support is very quick. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs customers files uploaded.

This app is very good for uploading and customizing photos. Toby, Mary, and the team have been great to work with.
