Roel spent time troubleshooting an issue I was having with my theme and other apps I use on my Shopify store and was so helpful and patient looking for solutions! It got frustrating a few times and Roel was great even when it took time and trial and error to figure out together. Really appreciate the personal touch here, it's rare when you get assistance from a real person these days and it made all the difference for me.
