Three stores within 15 miles of each other in a metro area and the widget kept showing the wrong one. Support explained that IP detection in dense urban areas can be imprecise and helped me set up postal code mapping for the metro zone. Now customers in specific zip codes see their nearest store first. Accuracy went from about 60% to nearly perfect.
