I genuinely don’t understand how this app has such a high rating.

We installed it purely for testing, but we were unable to get in touch with support and ultimately forgot about the app. We didn’t use it at all. Several months later, we noticed that it had been taking $40 every single month from us despite the fact that we weren’t using the service.

When we contacted them and asked for a refund, they refused to refund the charges.

Charging customers month after month for a service they aren’t using and then refusing to refund them when the issue is raised is, in my opinion, extremely disappointing and feels completely unreasonable.
