Great app, used it from day one and it's still going strong, helps grow lTV and helps customers see a basket value with auto discount codes.. Also fantastic support worked with Ricardo a few times when I've needed help and he's always delivered.

Good app overall and the Slide Cart works well.

However, one important downside: the app is positioned as multi-language in the Shopify App Store, but key parts of the free gift feature are not translatable natively (e.g. “Free” and “Add”).

The only solution provided by support is to modify these texts via custom JavaScript. In practice, this is not a stable or scalable solution, since the cart is dynamically re-rendered and these changes can reset or interfere with normal cart behavior.

This is something you only run into after full integration, which is unfortunate. At that point, switching to another cart solution is not a realistic option anymore.

Support mentioned this has been forwarded as a feature request, but there is no clear timeline yet.

Hopefully this gets addressed soon. If native translation support for this feature is added, I’d be happy to update this review.

I have to tell you guys the response time, customer service and actually solving my issues... phenomenal. beejay and danh absolutely killed it with helping me out I had a big issue with my cart but and they were able to fix it with some code I didn't even have to really do anything. great work guys thanks. this team, the staff, the support... amazing. Now my store can run more smoothly and I have a lot of relief now. Thanks guys!!! We had a minor issue with setup and install and Cristian offered a quick google meet to share screens and walk us through integration/setup. It was so easy and convenient to do the google meet call (with out video) to share screen and hash through everything that would have taken us 3x as long through chat and screenshots.

I really liked the video call with Cristian to sort out the technical issues we had. Having actual human support is rare these days! Also, we have been using this app for more than a year now and are very happy with it.

Hopped on a Google Meet with Cristian D and ran me through the whole app in an onboarding session. Talked through all my needs and answered all my questions. Discussed the possibility of custom code to add even more features to my cart.

I've been using this app for years now!! The best slide cart app--easily customizable and they have another app LTV which helps automate upsells based on the learnings from your website with AI. Love both of these as they go hand in hand. Best customer service too, REAL people that actually care to help.

LOVE the slide out cart. Our customers used to get confused and could not find our little tiny tiny cart icon at the top of the page! NOW... the see it perfectly!

I ran into a pretty challenging issue and the team spent 2 days getting it resolved for me — even though I was on the free plan. Impressive level of support. Thanks Anoop and the team!

Good service and the app has been a game changer so far. Wish they had a live A/B real time split traffic feature but the app has a LOT! :)
