I've used this app for around 5 years on multiple brands. Works seamlessly and does everything I need it to do. Great support as well.

super fast and thorough help from Dom setting up what felt like a complicated free gift cart experience. all functions great, and we're set up and ready for the sale! love the functionality of this cart and the user experience.

Great app, used it from day one and it's still going strong, helps grow lTV and helps customers see a basket value with auto discount codes.. Also fantastic support worked with Ricardo a few times when I've needed help and he's always delivered.

I have to tell you guys the response time, customer service and actually solving my issues... phenomenal. beejay and danh absolutely killed it with helping me out I had a big issue with my cart but and they were able to fix it with some code I didn't even have to really do anything. great work guys thanks. this team, the staff, the support... amazing. Now my store can run more smoothly and I have a lot of relief now. Thanks guys!!! I've tested several Cart Apps and this has been by far the best. It has the most flexible and customizable features. So easy to setup, functions great. I was able to install, customize and launch all on my own. I had a question and Cristian D. answered me immediately and was able to assist. So excited to finally have an affordable great cart app!

Good app overall and the Slide Cart works well.

However, one important downside: the app is positioned as multi-language in the Shopify App Store, but key parts of the free gift feature are not translatable natively (e.g. “Free” and “Add”).

The only solution provided by support is to modify these texts via custom JavaScript. In practice, this is not a stable or scalable solution, since the cart is dynamically re-rendered and these changes can reset or interfere with normal cart behavior.

This is something you only run into after full integration, which is unfortunate. At that point, switching to another cart solution is not a realistic option anymore.

Support mentioned this has been forwarded as a feature request, but there is no clear timeline yet.

Hopefully this gets addressed soon. If native translation support for this feature is added, I’d be happy to update this review.

Hopped on a Google Meet with Cristian D and ran me through the whole app in an onboarding session. Talked through all my needs and answered all my questions. Discussed the possibility of custom code to add even more features to my cart.
