Great app with excellent customer support

We use this app primarily for the Preorder function, and it has been a great fit for what we need on our website. We did run into a couple of small issues, particularly with the Preorder button when switching between product variants, but the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Their live support is responsive, approachable, and always willing to help. They took the time to understand the issue, worked with their development team to troubleshoot it, and followed up with us until the problem was resolved.

Overall, we've had a very positive experience with Peppyduck. The app does what we need, and the level of customer support has been one of the biggest reasons we've been happy using it. I would definitely recommend giving it a try
