CustomerGenius is exactly what we needed to prevent customers from gaming the system and getting multiple free gifts every time they canceled and restarted their subscriptions. We were really taken care of by customer service, it was second to none. We were assisted with custom development that perfected the app for us. A must-have app for all DTC stores!
