Downpay: Partial Pay & Deposit

We used Downpay for about two years to offer partial payments/deposits on our site and it was excellent from start to finish. Their customer support is based in Canada, which made a real difference — every inquiry was answered quickly by someone who actually understood the request, not routed through an overseas queue with a steep communication gap.

They handled every customization we needed without friction — small tweaks like adjusting type sizing on the checkout discount line were done quickly and correctly the first time. When we recently decided to stop offering partial payments and uninstalled the app, they proactively removed our custom code so the site wouldn’t break — a level of care most apps don’t bother with at uninstall.
