Outstanding support
I contacted Uplinkly today about an issue with Gmail trimming parts of the digital book delivery emails sent to customers from my Shopify store.
Michael responded incredibly quickly, investigated the problem and worked with me throughout the day to find a solution. What particularly impressed me was that he didn't simply offer generic advice — he actually created a customised email template for my store, made further adjustments as we tested it, and set it up so the wording changes automatically depending on whether a customer orders one digital book or several.
After testing different combinations, everything is now working exactly as I wanted, and the changes also appear to have solved the original Gmail issue.
The level of customer service was exceptional. Michael was friendly, patient and extremely responsive throughout, with replies arriving within minutes.
Uplinkly Digital Downloads was already a very useful app for delivering our digital books, but support like this makes a huge difference.
Highly recommended.
