We’ve been using Dori on our Shopify store for a little while now and I’ve been really impressed with both the app and the team behind it.
For us, one of the biggest benefits has been helping customers navigate our rug collection and work out which rug, colour and size is right for their space. The rug finder flow feels genuinely useful rather than just another chatbot sitting on the website.
Even better, we’re now seeing actual results from it. Dori has already assisted 3 orders worth around AUD $1,720 in sales, which is a great result for a small business like ours.
The team has also been incredibly responsive and proactive. They listen to feedback, help with setup and customisation, and are continually adding features and improving how the app works for our store.
Definitely worth trying if you want AI on your store to actually help customers make purchasing decisions rather than simply answer basic questions.
