This is the first AI chat tool we’ve used for our website. What amazed me was that it took only a few minutes to capture the website information and handles at least 85% of customer questions from the start. You need to train it for questions that are not mentioned anywhere on the website. After a certain period of time, it became a full 24/7 assistant.

Lucas has been very helpful and patient walking me through issues whenever I have trouble using this app. There were some unexpected charges, but he addressed our concerns reasonably.
