MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

Poor app, poor support. Was given run around by Lilian who did nothing but cause confusion. App probably did what I needed it to (just simply block front end bot visitors who created customer accounts via Klaviyo subscription and then made an abandoned cart). I have to clean up hundreds of customers, klaviyo accounts and abandoned carts every day. A simple bot blocker would suffice. But Lilian could not even provide me with the simplest set up instructions and kept going down an unnecessary tangent of bots going direct to checkout (which is not the case in my use-case). Anyway, I cannot abide such poor service so I uninstalled and will find an app to do the same where the level of service is at least help wiuth basic set up.
