Our previous NPS survey vendor sunsetted and Grapevine has been a wonderful new partner. We send our surveys in an email via Klaviyo and it was a smooth integration process to get that going.
Grapevine has also made it much easier to track trends and share reports with our cross functional partners.
On top of the app being exactly what we need, Sam has been the most helpful! He is super responsive and always ready to guide us in the right direction or improve the app to fit our needs. Can’t wait to continue our partnership and see what’s in store for Grapevine’s future!
