SMART Shipping Rates & Rules

I had been working on another shipping app with Sidekick helping me out, but we came to a crossroads where the app didn't do what I needed it to do. It recommended a few other apps, but SMART shipping seemed like the choice for me. Having been at it with the other app for a couple of hours, and doing shipping calculations fry my brain, so I contacted Mira from support and boom...problem solved within 5 minutes and I didn't have to do a thing but say what I needed to happen.
