Amp Slide Cart Upsell Drawer

One of the best support experiences I have ever had

I have used a lot of Shopify apps over the years but the support from this team is on a completely different level. They don't just answer your question and close the ticket — they actually take the time to understand your problem and solve it properly.

They scheduled a call with me to walk through my setup step by step and didn't stop until everything was working exactly the way I wanted. What really stood out was that they even helped me with issues that had nothing to do with their app — problems with other apps and integrations that they had no obligation to touch. They just did it anyway.

If every app had support like this the Shopify ecosystem would be a much better place. Highly recommended.
