We’re very happy with Dori AI assistant, both in terms of functionality and the support we’ve received. The chat assistant works really well, and our customers are very happy with the experience. What stands out most is how well it understands the context of a conversation and provides accurate, relevant answers. It feels genuinely helpful rather than just giving generic responses.
