I’m still early in the setup process, but LitCommerce has already been remarkably straightforward. I connected an established eBay store, imported more than 100 existing listings, automatically linked matching products, and created Shopify inventory records for eBay-only items with far less friction than I expected.
The interface makes linked and unlinked listings easy to understand, and when I encountered questions about inventory direction, order handling, and Shopify product status, Luna and Harvey provided quick, clear, and genuinely useful answers. They understood the operational details of my setup and helped me configure eBay sales to adjust Shopify inventory without creating duplicate Shopify orders.
After struggling with a different integration for years, this has been a refreshingly transparent and manageable experience. I’m looking forward to continuing with it.
