I would be really helpful if i could manually match and unmatch Shopify to Etsy products. Sometimes products just won't match and i have to manually create the Shopify product in Etsy but i can't match them.

Manually matching and unmatching products is already possible in Shuttle. This can be done from the Products page in the Shuttle dashboard, so a Shopify product created manually can be linked to its Etsy listing, and any incorrect match can be undone.
