Fast and easy. Good for simple automation and cart recovery. I was looking for a way to mass communicate to my audience without losing the personal touch and Whapi was a simple and great way to do that!
Their support is very helpful and I was surprised when they implemented fixes to my issues. Definitely recommend for small businesses to use.
