GeoStock: Location Inventory

VPN users were seeing stock for the VPN server location. Support acknowledged the IP accuracy issue with VPNs and added a banner suggesting 'Location might be inaccurate — choose your store manually' when a VPN is detected. Doesn't try to outsmart the VPN; it just gives the customer control.
